Kindly submeet Name change declaration Gazzet or any Other Proof for name update in ITD need any Two Documets regarding the same. Send one mail with all supporting documets and call customer care for update the name after approved it will get by mail as an E- PAN format the password of file is DOB of the PAN Holder..

Name mismatch आहे त्यामुळे नावात बदल केल्याचा पुरावा, गॅझेट
आणि वडिलाचे नाव पॅन कार्ड डेटा मध्ये फक्त फर्स्ट आणि लास्ट नेम आहे. तुम्ही त्यात 1st, middle आणि लास्ट नेम टाकले आहे. त्यामुळे तुम्ही काहीतरी करेक्शन करत आहात असे समजले जाते त्यामुळे father name change proof मागत आहेत.
Solutions- father name चेंज proof साठी applicant चा असा document घ्या ज्यात त्यांच्या father चा नाव पूर्ण mension असेल
नाहीतर reapply करा त्यात फक्त पहिला आणि लास्ट नेम टाका - फादर cha
